Handling times are 2 days (Exception is November and December where they are 3-5 days)

Shipping:
All products are shipped out with USPS Ground Advantage in the US (Global Shipping for International) unless specified otherwise (Upgrading of shipping to Priority or others offered).
If there are delays or problems, you are issued the tracking number, attached to your order in the order section, to track and contact the shipping company with. If it does not reach the destination or is delayed, you will be responsible to open the case.
During the months of November and December the post office and other shipping companies do experience more delays with the influx of items being shipped. Once your order is dropped off to the designated shipping company within the handling days promised, it is out of our hands on the shipping.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
Our company does not offer Refunds. We offer replacements of any damaged products within seven(7) days of delivery of the product (Date based on tracking number). A replacement can be issued if proven with photo evidence. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
